Ms. Jackson has over 30 years in the Information Technology (IT) industry. When founding Premier Analysis, Ms. Jackson’s goal was to seamlessly integrate the industry’s best tools with client programmatic requirements to develop the best technology solution system: Information Technology development joined with project management.

Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Alabama. Prior to founding Premier, she had served as a Vice President for the Information Technology Division of SYCOM, Incorporated; worked for McDonnel Douglas Corporation that became a part of Boeing Corporation; System Development Corporation that later became part of Unisys Corporation; and Satellite Business Systems, an IBM-owned company.

Her years of experience in the industry cover design and development of large real-time Satellite Communication Systems, Business and Financial Systems, Environmental Regulatory Systems and many others. She was the Senior Manager for the implementation of the first large Network for the Environmental Protection Agency and also was given a Tribute from EPA for the quickness and success of the major development of a congressional mandated system for the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (TRI), Section 313 of SARA Title III.
